We currently accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, etc) , and PayPal payments.

Although prices could be shown in different currencies, the default settlement currency would still be US dollars.

Notice: Influenced by COVID-19, more flights are delayed due to trouble with the flight cancellations. Therefore, the delivery time might be longer than expected. We apologize for the delay. Thanks for your sincere support and understanding.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)

Handling time: normally takes 2-3 business days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Transit time: normally takes 5-7 business days. It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address.

Shipping time is estimated and commencing from the date of shipping, rather than the order date, possibly takes longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. (Note: Kindly be advised that relevant increased cost of address change will be borne by the customer.) 

As for the refused delivery, OpenMR could take proper care of it. A certain storage fee, 150 yuan/day, will be incurred and charged from the date of return. When the storage fee is equivalent to the remaining value of the product, OpenMR will have the right to dispose of the product. (Method of Calculation: the remaining value of the product = original selling price minus the repair cost)

Please make sure your items have be arrived in good condition. Besides in-transit damage. According to the third-party logistics provider’s freight claims management, Product Damage During Transportation should be reported to us in 24 hours. Late submissions are not accepted.

If the item you have received is defective or damaged for other reasons, contact us at the first time and provide photos or a video of the defective or damaged item in 7 days. Otherwise, it will default to the intact goods.
